Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

Mubarak to you! Congratulations! To every person  who is  alive now &has the opportunity to live through and make the most of the days that have arrived, what are they? The 10 most  beloved days to Allah. Let’s not UNDERESTIMATE this. This is a challenge&encouragement to myself  first&others, let’s run to build our bond with our Allah. Let’s purchase paradise.

Allah Ta’ala says in the Quran what means: {By the daybreak, by the ten nights, by the even and the odd, by the passing night – (Al-Fajr 89:1-5)

In another verse Allah Ta’ala says: {… to attain benefits and mention Allah Ta’ala’s name, on specified days.} (Al-Hajj 22:28)

Most of the Quran commentators view that the specific days are the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah.

What a great virtue attached to those days which pass unnoticed by many people nowadays.

On the merits of the first ten days, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is reported to have said: “There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.” The people asked, “Not even Jihad for the sake of Allah?” He said: “Not even Jihad for the sake of Allah, except in the case of a man who went out to fight, giving himself and his wealth up for the cause, and came back with nothing.”

WOW! So what’s the P.O.A ?- Plan of action?

1)Timetable one’s good deeds for these days.

2)Stay away from sin.

Some Ideas.

  1. Cut down time on the  net. This will automatically free one up for Ibadath. Kill the Youtube umbilical cord & ease up on whatsapp, insta, snap, etc. Absolutely no selfies(let’s make a niyyath to give up this vain habit, inshaAllah)
  2. Staying away from haraam&useless acitvities is more important than nafl ibaadath. Each one of us,has our own challenges, let’s  fight it with the courage of a lion inshaAllah.
  3. Recite Allahu Akbar,Laailaaha illallah,Alhamdulilah and SubhanAllah in abundance, besides the compulsory times to recite it.
  4. Wake up for Tahajjud inshaaAllah. We all need Allah, we also yearn for certain things,we carry anxieties we want removed,Dua at this time, will make us feel that link to our Rabb&it is a time where duas are accepted.
  5. Don’t leave home till you do certain ibadah. Don’t sleep till it’s done. Example- Tasbih Fathimi, Reading three paras a day(=equals an entire Khatam come Eid) 100 or 50 salawaat,100SubhanAllahi wa bihamdi,Istghfaar, etc.
  6. Protect the  gaze. Nothing distances a person’s heart from Allah, like this sin.
  7. Sleep Early.  So one can  wake up early& be energised
  8. Drink approximately 6 glasses of water a day or before and after fasting. It will keep one feeling refreshed&on the ball to be good-Ameen
  9. Fast. If one has Qadhaa, that comes first. It’s a good deed and will also be rewarded for a slave fulfilling her /his commitment  to Allah.
  10. Try on good akhlaaq. Be helpful.  Talk decently. No swearing.

Make a lot of dua.

May Allah guide us and grant us taufeeq to practice. Please feel free to share and may Allah reward it-Ameen

May Allah be happy with us&we happy with Him and make this a turning point in our lives-Ameen
